Our Team

Jeff Woods

Jeff has been in and around real estate for more than 20 years, first as a carpenter/repairman then as a loan officer. While noticing that there was a high demand for a full service sign company, that not only could put up the signs for real estate offices but also make their signs as well. Jeff understands that the sign in the front yard is not just a for sale sign, it is also a representation of the realtor themselves.

Sherry Woods

Sherry has a passion for customer service. She enjoys helping agents, whether its on the phone or in the shop, she is always fulfilling your sign needs with a smile on her face. Sherry has done bookkeeping for over 30 years, now applying all of her experience and knowledge to her and her husband's business.

Sign Installers

All of our installers are equipped with our signpost app so they can have GPS, installation instructions, and take pictures of the install or repair when it is done. You will get an email when the sign is installed, with a picture in real time so you will know when to put your flyers in. Our installers may call if they have any questions about the install to ensure that we get everything done the way you want it.

Ordering Information

811 (Call Before You Dig)

We are compliant with the Washington state 811 laws that require the utilities to be marked before a sign can be installed at a property. We made this change a few years ago to not only protect ourselves, but also our customers from the fines and penalties that come with not calling 811.

We will place the 811 ticket when the sign is ordered through us. The 811 inspectors will then need

2 full business days after the date of order to mark the utility lines then we can install the for sale sign in the yard. We have made a few options for a sign post to be installed sooner with a temporary stand on the bottom of the post so there is nothing penetrating the soil. We can remove the stand after the 811 is completed, so the post can be installed in a more secure and normal fashion, or we can leave the stand on. The stand is made with a 2x4 with the post secured to the center of the 2 foot stand.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service possible, the best communication possible and the convenience of a full service sign shop that can not only make all of your signs, but answer  any questions you may have on your sign post install.

We understand that whether we are making a custom sign to show case a special property, or installing a sign post at an average home, that it needs to look good. For that reason, we paint our sign posts before they are put back out in the field, so they look fresh and clean when the sign goes up. We also clean your sign when it comes back in, so the next time it goes out in the field it looks fresh and clean as well.
